The third remover to make our list comes from Mineral Fusion – it’s a very affordable yet premium option. We understand at Almond Nails that sometimes, you just want to work with products that smell amazing – this is where the Priti NYC Soy Lemongrass Scented solution earns its place in our sizzling line up. Its also fantastic for the price, and really helps to leave nails and cuticles moisturized unlike your standard nail polish removers.
When working with the Priti Remover, we have noticed that 1 cotton ball dab into the solution lasts for around 3-4 nails even with dark polish. It’s a durable solution that will last. We did notice that you have to rub more than with acetone and some of the other nail polish removers we have listed here, but due to the ingredients that make up the solution, it feels like a hydrating oil.
Lemongrass is a soft, calming smell, the infused lemongrass essential oils were really effective for the health of our nails.

But just as we mention in our review of Priti above, being soy-based, the moisturizing property also means you can’t use it like a regular polish remover. You can’t really use it before applying a new color as it leaves behind a slightly oily film. In this case, you would need to wash your hands before you can apply your new colour.
So whilst this is an excellent remover, the time factor is the one that lets it down somewhat and the fact you need to scrub a bit harder. The best method we have found with this remover is to put it on one nail and let it sit while you keep wiping the remover over the other nails. Then you go back to rub off.
